I produce a monthly newsletter for a non-profit. I had inherited the design when I took over the job and it was sorely in need of a new design. Melissa recommended a new publishing program - Canva - and after just two sessions we designed a beautiful updated template version that is receiving rave reviews from my readers. I hired Melissa to help me with my Google My Business Account. As a proud DIY'r, I did much of the work myself. I eventually got stuck and wasted a lot of time and energy trying to figure it out on my own.
